The Worthington Group can negotiate guaranteed maximum contracts with many of the lodging industries biggest suppliers (Guest Supply, American Hotel Register, Maintenance Warehouse) and lowers costs by using economies of scale wherever possible to purchase those items which share commonality with other hotels with our portfolio.
Consulting/Property Evaluations
The Worthington Group offers consulting services to hotel owners and institutional partners. We are able offer a full compliment of services and conduct a "focused" consultation and evaluation of the hotel. We can also provide a written evaluation of key result areas and comprehensive action plans for product and service improvement.
